Coaching with Beth
Helping Those Working Through Religious Trauma, Deconstruction, & The Aftermath
Meet Beth
A former pastor for 10+ years in the evangelical church. Having gone through my own deconstruction journey, I am passionate about helping others going through the same. For me, that season of life was lonely and stressful, but it doesn't have to be that way. As your coach, my aim is to help you achieve your own personal goals as you move through the deconstruction process by offering support and the understanding that you are not alone.
I am also a registered nurse. Graduated from Clemson University in 2005 with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
I am a yoga instructor having received my 200-hr certification and registered with the Yoga Alliance. I am currently working towards my 500-hr certification.

Deconstruction Coaching
Navigating the Unknown
What if you could believe that there would be a time when sitting with uncertainty would bring you peace and freedom?
This service is meant to help those who have experienced Religious Trauma and/or those who are on the journey of Deconstruction.
Allow me to partner with you in discovering what toxic beliefs you are uncovering in your life and as you work to create a more wholesome way of being, and so much more.
I've Deconstructed. Now What?
Coaching Sessions for Life Post-Deconstruction
Some people go through these "line in the sand" moments when the things they've been questioning for weeks, months, and years come into full focus...a time when they've worked through all of it and are now ready to build their lives on what may seem like a whole new foundation.
Having gone through many of these moments myself, I would love to work with you towards the development and achievement of your goals, big or small.
Maybe outside of the toxic theology you were handed, you are now faced with discovering what your new foundation will be. That can be a scary and emotional time, but you don't have to do it alone!

Brené Brown
I define vulnerability as uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure. With that definition in mind, let's think about love...can you imagine your life without loving or being loved?
